General Information

Centrally located just off of hwy 64/40, our Saint Louis wine storage facility is easily accessible from nearly every highway and neighborhood in the city.  Ample free parking is available in our lot or on the street.  The two story building and basement was completely gutted and rehabbed exclusively for the purpose of wine storage.

Generator, Security, & Access

The protection of your wine collection is of utmost importance to us and we have gone to extreme measures to prove our commitment.

A 65-kilowatt Caterpillar generator is on an automatic transfer switch, sensing any drop in current from the local Ameren service.  We have two contracts for mobile diesel service to replace the large fuel tank in case of an emergency.  The generator is tested weekly and sized sufficiently to power the entire building indefinitely including cooling units, security system and computers.

The wine storage facility is secured in a variety of methods including layered security doors and redundant alarm sensors. Further, our elevator and loading dock feature electronic lockouts. We have installed perimeter, motion, heat, smoke, and humidity detectors throughout the facility and have backup power wired to all sensors and control panels. In addition, there are backup transmitters should damage occur to wired telephone systems. Any change in status inside the building is immediately transmitted to our monitoring company and the police.

An added bonus is that the police and fire stations are only 3 blocks west!
